Question: How Much Data Traffic/Bandwidth Can I Use Per Month?
Answer: For un-metered bandwidth servers, We do not charge our client for extra bandwidth transfers. Approximately a web hosting account can transfer around 50-60 GB of data monthly and a Virtual Servers can transfer around 1000 GB of data monthly. For limited bandwidth servers charges is based on per GB usage.

Answer: TMNet - Eastgate & Brickfields Backbone (Malaysia), Cogent Communication (USA), XO Communication (USA) and Global Crossing (USA).
Question: Can I Upgrade / Switch Plan / Cancel?
Answer: YES, you can. Just let us know. For cancelation of account, we will need a 30 days notice.
Question: Can I host IRC Service or Adult Contents?
Answer: IRC is allowed on our special network segment which is seperated from the main segment. Adult contents is strictly prohibited

Question: Can I get more IP Addresses?
Answer: YES, you can. But you must have 80% usage of the current IP Addresses you have. The charge for ip address is $10 (RM10) per IP Monthly.
Question: Who is responsible for failed hardware replacement in dedicated server ?
Answer: Bentleytel Malaysia will replace any failed hardware in its dedicated servers free of charge.
Question: Do you offer any control panels ?
Answer: YES, we offer WOWPANEL and Webmin installation at RM50 one time fee or for FREE for purchases above RM50.00. Other control panel like CPANEL and Directadmin also available on request.
Question: How secure is your location ?
Answer: Very. There is 24x7 manned security and video surveillance. Computer equipment can not be carried out of the building without special permit.
