We owned and operate our own data center, located in the Kolam Centre, Jalan Lintas, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. We have Tier-1 (2 x 2 Mbps) connection backbone to TMNet ISP provider (Malaysia). Our International Backbone Providers are Cogent, XO Communication and Global Crossing. All International Backbone Providers backbone uplink is from 10 Mbps to 100 Mbps bandwidth connection to our local data centre and International World-Wide Network.
Restricted access to the Network Operations Center is monitored by qualified personnel 24 hours a day, every day. Visitors and cliente are only allowed on-site if escorted by Network Operations Center staff. The entire Network Operations Center is monitored, ensuring prompt response and thorough coverage to fire or security alarms.
Bentleytel.NET also provide 24/7 power backup to all hosting services. The Network Operations Center uses industry-standard SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) and provides round-the-clock monitoring of all hardware, including routers, switches, UPS systems, and servers. 24x7x365 Monitoring.
